Development around neighborhoods must enhance those neighborhoods.

My opponent has consistently supported developers over the wishes of homeowners.  Who do you want voting when the next project is proposed behind your house?

Efficient Operations

 Councilmembers need a clear understanding of issues and an ability to work with others to get things done.

We need cooperation and operational support; direction and accountability but not micromanaging; oversight but not interference.

Effective Implementation

 Roswell involved the community in starting new plans for mixed-use, gateways and marketing the city.  It’s time to complete those plans and make things happen.

My personal and professional experiences have all been geared toward building relationships and working in a positive manner with all types of people.

Economic Development

We need new ideas and to work smarter to improve our local economy.  We must help our existing businesses grow and actively recruit new quality companies.

We must solve problems our local businesses have with the City; streamline permit and approval processes; and, make things simple for anyone dealing with the City.

Redevelopment

Obvious areas and corridors need to be revitalized.  We must go after quality developers who can build mixed-used plans to replace out-dated shopping centers.

My experience in real estate uniquely positions me to help lead this effort.
